We will be leading a monthly walking group, starting August 7 at 8:00 AM. For our August walk, we will be meeting at Shelby City Park (850 W Sumter St, Shelby, NC 28150) by the carousel. Please be sure to bring water and comfy shoes.

This walk will be lead by Compeer Cleveland County and Healing with Nature staff.

Location of future walks will be announced on MHA’s Facebook page and website. All walks will take place on the first Saturday of the month, unless otherwise stated.
