Compeer Reporting

Compeer volunteers who are matched with a friend can submit their report by clicking the appropriate button below.

Monthly reporting is standard. Quarterly reporting is a benefit offered to volunteers who have been distinguished as MHA Veteran Volunteers after 1+ year of service.

Quarterly Drawings

Below are links to information about quarterly drawings, an entry reporting form, and a volunteer feedback form. You can use the entry reporting form to update Compeer staff on activities you have completed that count toward quarterly drawings. The volunteer feedback form can be used to let Compeer staff know your thoughts, criticisms, or concerns you have with the quarterly drawing.
