The Mental Health Association of Cleveland County and the Cleveland County Public Health Department will be teaming up to host a Community Resiliency Model (CRM) Training on August 2. Doors open at 10:00 AM and the training will last about an hour. This training will cover the Resiliency Zone and the six CRM skills to stabilize and reset the nervous system. The CRM training will take place at the Eugenia H. young Memorial Library (104 Howie Dr, Shelby, NC 28150), in the Brownie Plaster Meeting Room.
